Clarence enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces on January 9th, 1941 and served in Canada, Britain and Northwest Europe. He retired as an Honourable Lieutenant in December 10th, 1945. Clarence joined the Provincial Dept. of Fisheries at its incepti
