Owner of a gas station for the last 29 years,

Mr. LeBlanc was very active in the community.

He served the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 155 Wedgeport as President and other positions on the executive.

At the same time, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 6505, Wedgeport.

In March 1979, he received a certificate in recognition of his 28 years of loyal service.

For 30 years, he was a member of the choir in St. Michael's Parish.

During the Second World War, Mr. LeBlanc served in the Canadian Armed Forces (Marine) aboard the HMCS Charny.
