Note		M. Freeman était membre de l'Église catholique St. Marys et membre du quatrième degré des Chevaliers de Colomb. Il a été président de la Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. de Presque Isle. Il a été président du Presque Isle Lions Club, ancien président du Presque Isle United Fund et président de la Chambre de commerce de Presque Isle de 1959 à 1960. En 1961, il a reçu le prix du service communautaire de la Chambre de commerce de Presque Isle. Il a joué un rôle déterminant dans la construction du Presque Isle Country Club et en a été le deuxième président. Il a été l'un des fondateurs du tournoi de golf Spudland Open. Mr. Freeman was a member of the St. Marys Catholic Church and a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He was president of the Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. of Presque Isle. He was past president of the Presque Isle Lions Club, past president of the Presque Isle united Fund, was a president of the Presque Isle Chamber of Commerce 1959-1960. In 1961 he received the Community Service Award of the Presque Isle Chamber of Commerce. He was instrumental in building the Presque Isle Country Club and served as its second president. He was a founder of the Spudland Open Golf Tournament.
