Note

They lived at Riviere aux Canards until the 1755 deportation to England.

Then were sent to Southampton, where they were treated as prisoners of war.

Many were kept at Grants Tower and at God's House Tower (both jails).

They were put to work by the Southampton-Winchester Turnpike Trust.

Marie and Antoine both died while in exile and according to Rose Conway, of the HGS Burial and Marriage Index Enquiries.

This is most likely the parish cemetery where they are buried.
