Yolande était connue pour son esprit dentreprise. Aux côtés de son mari, ils géraient Poitras Cottages à la plage Gagnon et disposaient dun chariot à copeaux de cantine sur le quai de Pointe-du-Chêne appelé Chez Yolande. Elle était également connue comme la « fudge lady » de Candy Village Fudge Shop. Yolande was known for her entrepreneurial spirit. Alongside her husband, they managed Poitras Cottages at Gagnon Beach and had a canteen chip wagon on the Pointe-du-Chêne wharf known as Chez Yolande. She was also known as the "fudge lady" of Candy Village Fudge Shop. |
