Bobby joined the armed forces in 1957 and retired in 1977 as a Master Corporal. He then joined the reserve and retired as Warrant Officer in 1995 in Oromocto. He served overseas in Germany, Cyprus and Egypt. He was the president of the Hampton Leg

ion and President of the Oromocto Legion for 5 years and served as Executive at both branches for several years. He was the Deputy District Commander of Capitol District. Bobby was an avid shuffle board and dart player.
