She was a longtime member of CWL of St. Theresa Parish and recently CWL of Sacred Heart Cathedral, Ladies Auxiliaries of the Herman J. Good, V.C. Br. 18 of the Royal Canadian Legion and Auxiliary member of the Knights of Columbus 1935, Art Society

, Heritage Club, Red Hat Society. She was a promoter of The Central Association of The Miraculous Medal for over 60 years.

She was an avid curler, artist, hunter, enjoyed fishing and poetry; of which many poems and stories were published in The Northern Light.
