He resided in Pawtucket since 1959.

Mr. Richard was a Korean War U. S. Navy veteran.

He was a repairman in the hard trim department of General Motors, Framingham, for twenty-seven years until retiring in 1989.

He then worked part-time at Tessier’s General Store, Pawtucket for ten years until 2003, and also repaired electrical tools at his home.
