Avant sa retraite, Mme Cormier a travaillée comme enseignante/bibliothécaire et au gouvernement fédéral. Une passionnée du sport, elle aimait faire de la marche, a été juge pour Athlétisme N.-B et instructrice pour les jeunes au Club de curling Be

ausejour. Elle aimait faire la lecture, chanter, voyager et passer du temps avec sa famille. Van était membre fondatrice et bénévole de longue date à l'Hôpital Dr.-Georges-L.-Dumont, faisait du bénévolat à la bibliothèque de l’U de M, et était mem

bre de la paroisse cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption.

Prior to retirement, Mrs. Cormier worked as a teacher/librarian, as well as with the federal government. A sports enthusiast, she was an avid walker, a track & field judge in NB and an instructor for the children’s curling program at the Beausejou

r Curling Club. She loved to read, sing, enjoyed travelling and to spend time with the family. Van was a founding member and long-standing volunteer at the Dr George-L.-Dumont Hospital; volunteered at the U de M library and a member of Cathédral

e Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption parish.
