Note		Il a fait ses études dans les écoles locales et a ensuite servi son pays dans l'armée américaine pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il a servi dans le nord de la France dans l'unité médicale en tant que prothésiste dentaire. Il était copropriétaire du laboratoire dentaire Twin City et a travaillé avec divers dentistes. Il aimait son travail et a pris sa retraite à l'âge de 65 ans, mais a continué à travailler pour l'entreprise jusqu'à l'âge de 85 ans. Fernand était membre du club Elks, était membre du conseil d'administration de la Lewiston Housing Authority, du conseil scolaire Holy Family, il était également membre d'une ligue de golf et de bowling, était membre du conseil d'administration de la Peoples Bank, membre de l'Exchange Club, dont il était l'ancien président, et faisait également partie du comité de surveillance de la Holy Family Credit Union. He was educated in local schools and later served his country in the US Army during World War II. He served in Northern France in the Medical Unit as a dental technician. He co-owned Twin City dental lab and worked with various dentists. He loved his job and retired at the age of 65 but continued to work for the business until he was 85 years old. Fernand was a member of the Elks club, was on the Board of Directors for The Lewiston Housing Authority, the Holy Family school board, he was also in a golf and bowling league, was on the Board of Directors at Peoples Bank, a member of the Exchange Club, where he was past president, and was also on the supervisory committee for the Holy Family Credit Union.
