June enjoyed painting, story telling, writing poetry and short stories which led to the recent publication of her children's book, The Little Girl and the Big Bubble Gum. She enjoyed playing cards, clogging, square dancing, the Red Hatters, yar

d sales, spending time with her family and sharing her gift as a cook.

June was an active member of the Cathedral Parish, served as an Eucharistic Minister and was a Life Long member in the CWL.

June loved all living things and cared for the birds, squirrels and many strays that came by her door. June also spent many years cooking and caring for those in need. She volunteered for numerous organizations such as; Girls in Touch, The Knight

s of Columbus Squires and Squirettes, Tough Love, VON Respite Care and Independent Living to name a few.
