Nancy worked as an executive secretary for the Chief of Staff at the IWK Hospital and also for the Dean of Medicine at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. Upon moving to Bathurst, she helped set up and has managed her husband's dental practic

e throughout his career.

Nancy was actively involved with Brownies, the Home and School Association and jointly, with her husband, instructed Marriage Preparation courses for many years, setting a wonderful example for their two daughters.

Two favourite places where Nancy loved to spend time with her family were, "on the hill" and at the beach. She also loved to travel, relax with a book, listen to her music and watch movies.
