John worked for the former Consolidated Bathurst Paper Mill as a Millwright until his retirement. John was a Sunday school teacher and Board member at Evangel Pentecostal Church for many years, and through his ministry we know lives were change

d forever. Since 2004, John had also been an active and passionate member of the Evangel’s Missions Team, bringing and showing God’s love to the people of Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

In addition to his church ministry, John was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in the woods. He shared his love of God’s creation with his whole family, as he felt at peace in the woods and in nature. His constant sour
