Bill était un communiant de l'église catholique romaine St. James the Greater à Baileyville où il a exercé les fonctions de ministre eucharistique. Il était membre de la section locale 27 du Syndicat uni des métallurgistes, du Quarter Century Club de Domtar et du GMC Motorhome International RV Club. Bill adorait piloter son avion expérimental ultraléger, ses avions radiocommandés, jouer du saxophone, danser et voyager en camping-car. He attended Woodland High School and went directly to work for St. Croix Paper Company, retiring from Domtar after 47 years of service. Bill was a Communicant of St. James the Greater Roman Catholic Church in Baileyville where he served as a Eucharistic Minister. He was a member of Local 27 United Steel Workers Union, Quarter Century Club at Domtar, and GMC Motorhome International RV Club. Bill loved to fly his Ultralight experimental airplane, R/C airplanes, playing the saxophone, dancing, and motorhome traveling.
