The following argument was brought up to me by a very good genealogist:

On PANB it would seem she is the daughter of Alexis and Vénérande Comeau. In the work Registre des actes de baptemes de la Paroisse de Tracadi

e 1798-1860 produced by the Société historique Nicolas-Denys 1993 there is a Rosalie Basque born Mar 12, 1831 the daughter of Alexis and Vérnérande Comeau.  If you calculate the birthdate from the death certificate 89 years 6 months 16 day

s it is only out 2 days.

Also her son Aimé Savoie reported the death.
