À l’archidiocèse de Moncton, le Père Robert, reconnu pour ses capacités d’organisateur, a toujours fait partie de nombreux comités. Il a été membre du Collège des Consulteurs et du Conseil Presbytéral pendant de nombreuses années. Il a aussi occu

pé différents postes: vicaire judiciaire, 1999 à 2014, chancelier, 2005 à 2014 et vicaire général de l’archidiocèse de Moncton de 2012 à 2014.
