Along side her husband, Doris helped to build a successful flooring business in the Milford and Randolph area for close to twenty years. Doris was always active in her community and after raising her family, became one of the founding member

s of the Denis Morris Community Center and held the position of treasurer for many years. In her later years Doris became an avid bingo player and could be found at many a bingo hall through out the Saint John and surrounding areas in the evening

. During the day Doris was at McAllister Mall finding a bargain, enjoying a cup of coffee, good conversation and great company, not to leave out taking a chance on a scratch ticket or two.
