g the provincial championships with Marysville in 1973. Fred graduated from St. Thomas in 1972 (BA) and 73 (BEd) and went on to work for 30 years in various roles in the education system, mainly in the Woodstock and Oromocto school districts

. He ended his career as principal of Sudbury West School in Fredericton Junction. Fred was a proud Canadian. He loved golfing, reading, cooking meals for Linda, and watching sports, always cheering for the Maple Leafs and the Dodgers.
