Bailey was a nurse and educator for the "OR" at the Fort McMurray Regional Hospital.

She was awarded the AHS Spirit award of excellence for outstanding achievements in teamwork and contributions made to health care.

Bailey's passion was photography and travelling.

She was an excellent golfer as the result of many years in the Gowan Brae Junior program.

She also loved curling, snowboarding and paddle board.

She played the piano and was blessed with a beautiful singing voice.
