He was employed by Unitil as a Service Repairman for 32 years, retiring in 1982. He was also a self employed Ball Room Dance Instructor, and taught Line Dancing and Square Dancing at various Senior Centers from 1965 through 2001. Camille was a United States WWII Army Veteran, and received the WWII Victory Medal and the American Theater Ribbon. He was a member of the Bread of Life Church in Westminster, and was in Minstrel Shows at St. Josephs Church in the Cleghorn section of Fitchburg. He was a member of the American Legion, Post 429 of Fitchburg, a lifetime member of the Gardner Golden Agers, and a member of the Eastwood Club of Fitchburg. He was Cub Master for 20 years of Cleghorn Troop #17 of Fitchburg. |
